Capt. Bobby R. Marahit was born in Jakarta, 12 September 1956 and currently assign as Indonesia’s Directorate General of Sea Transportation (2013-present).

He began his career as Section Chief at Marine & Shipping Countermeasure Department on 1989. On 1990 he was assigned as Section Chief at Marine & Shipping Department, and soon Capt. Bobby became the Head Oce Administrator of Sorong Port on 1994. He went on to hold number of positions within Marine and Shipping such as: Head Oce Administrator of Bitung Port (2002), Director of Marine & Shipping Department (2005), Section Chief of Tanjung Priok’s Main Port (2007), Head of Human Resource Development of Transportation Department (2010 – 2013).

Dr. Gde Pradnyana

Gde Pradnyana was inducted as General Secretary of SKK Migas on February 8 2013, after serving as Deputy Operations Control on the Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BP Migas).

Born in Klungkung, Bali, April 28, 1960, he holds a Bachelor degree on Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) back in 1984. Gde then proceed his education to achieve a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering, University College London, in 1988 and Doctor of Philosophy in Offshore Engineering, University of Oxford, in 1992. In 2010, Gde followed a Regular Program education in the National Resilience Institute (LEMHANAS). Over 25 years of his career in the industry upstream oil and gas,  Gde have many experiences in handling major projects, including West Seno TLP project, Tangguh LNG, and Project Anjungan Kerisi and North Belut.

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, October 7, 1966. He graduated from the University of Stuttgart, Germany in 1993 with a Masterof Science,and Master of Business and Administration degree from Oklahoma State University, USA in 2000. He was appointed as President Director and Commercial Director since December 3, 2012. He previously served as Group Head of Operations Preparation LNG Receipt Terminal since 2012 (PGN), Director of Operations and Commercial LNG Indonesia PT PGN (PGN subsidiary) since 2012.

He joined the Commercial Division early 2010 and he is now in charge to promote GTT systems to Ship- Owners, Shipyards, Oil & Gas companies, Engineering companies.... He has been appointed Business Development Manager assuming associated commercial activities in South East Asia, Japan and South Korea. He is also the Lead for offshore applications within the Commercial Division.

Saunak Rai

Mr. Saunak Rai is a member of senior management team in Norgas. He is presently heading the LNG Business Development and Commercial operations department. His task is to create innovative LNG logistics solutions for customers of Small Scale LNG vessel and also to efficiently carry out the commercial operations of the entire Norgas fleet.

Mr. Saunak Rai is a licensed Master Mariner and has extensive experience working on LNG vessels, Tankers, Bulk Carriers and Container vessels. After completing his sea career , he joined shore office of Maersk LNG in Copenhagen, where he was managing the commercial operations of Maersk's LNG fleet. During his employment with A.P. Moller Maersk, Mr. Saunak represented Maersk in OCIMF, as a part of Navigations and Routes Sub-Committee. He also represented OCIMF in IMO, participating in the E-Navigation sub Committee.

Mr. Saunak Rai has completed his Master's in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. During his MBA Mr. Rai, worked on Integrated Strategy Project on "LNG Bunkering". He is also a certified Chartered Ship Broker and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers, UK.

Lyndon Ward is the Director of Marketing at Sea NG Corporation, where he is responsible for marketing and communications for the company and the Sea NG Alliance. Previously, Lyndon spent over a decade as a management consultant advising on new venture marketing in the energy and financial services. Lyndon has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and more recent management studies. He currently serves on the board of directors for charity Safe Haven Foundation of Canada and charity search engine PlaceToGive.

He joined Lincoln Composites Inc. in July 2010 to oversee the sales and marketing of the high and low-pressure products. Prior to joining Lincoln Composites, he was the Regional Sales Manager for C. Melchers GmbH from 2007-2010, providing CNG station solutions for various gas applications. From 2005-2007, he was the Commercial Manager for Sembcorp Gas, Singapore, in-charge of the sales on natural gas to the NGV/industrial customers in Singapore.

Before he has served as the Director of the Small and Medium Industry Region III for the Directorate of Small and Medium Industry in 2010 - 2013, as well as the Head Sub Directorate of Standardization and Industrial Technology Directorate Telematics between the years of 2006-2010.

Elsie obtained her BSc degree in Maritime Studies from Singapore Nanyang Technological University and BI Norwegian School of Management in 2009. She joined DNV in 2009, as a DNV Technical International Trainee. During the two years, she was involved in cross functional services including ship survey, maritime environmental solutions, and LNG technology qualification in Singapore, Oslo, New York and Perth. Since returning to DNV Singapore, she has mainly developed her competence in the application of LNG as marine fuel. She was the key project team member of the prominent Joint Industry Project on Singapore LNG Bunkering. Other key projects she has led include technical and financial feasibility assessment of LNG bunkering in a number of Asian ports, technical advice on ships using LNG as fuel, bunkering logistic model development, bunkering operational procedures guidance, and fuel demand forecast.

Richard Joost Lino

Richard Joost Lino, born in 1953, currently he is the Managing Director of PT Pelabuhan II since 2009, and received a degree in civil engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1978, he began his career as a sta in
the Directorate General of Sea Relations, Department of Transportation, at that very same year. Then Mr. Lino, in 1978-1979, is appointed to be the manager of the construction project on the Tanjung Priok Port funded by the World Bank. In 1989, Lino earned a Master of Management degree from the Institute for Education and Development of Management (IPPM), in Jakarta.

Because of the experience and achievements, Lino is chosen to lead PT Pelindo II (IPC II) since 2009 as Managing Director, Lino carve an outstanding contribution. Lino, along with several other state chief executive, was selected
as the Best Chief Executive Ocer by the end of 2012 from Tempo magazine and the Best Inovative CEO in 2011 and 2012 by the SOE Track magazine

Eduardo spent over 14 years as a Chartering and Supply Chain manager with Dow Chemical globally before spending close to 10 years as Vice President at Norgas Carriers Houston and Singapore, General Manager at MNGC in Singapore and thereafter at Lauritzen Kosan A/S from Denmark as Business Development Manager. Eduardo has experience in dealing with dierent cultures and negotiation contracts in dierent countries.
