Ridwan Djamaluddin was born in Mentok – Bangka, Indonesia on 24 March 1963 and currently is the Deputy for Infrastructure in the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs. He graduated in 1999 with a PHD from Texas A& M University and a Master of Science from International Institute for Aerospace and Earth Sciences in 1993.

He began his career as a staff member in Center of Technology for Natural Resource in 1990. In 2003, he was assigned the Head of Technology Center for Marine Survey. He held on to serval position including Director for Center of Technology for Land Resources (2009) and Deputy Chairman for Natural Resource Development Technology (2010).

Captain Bobby Mamahit

Capt. Bobby R. Marahit was born in Jakarta, 12 September 1956 and currently assign as Indonesia’s Directorate General of Sea Transportation (2013-present).

He began his career as Section Chief at Marine & Shipping Countermeasure Department on 1989. On 1990 he was assigned as Section Chief at Marine & Shipping Department, and soon Capt. Bobby became the Head Oce Administrator of Sorong Port on 1994. He went on to hold number of positions within Marine and Shipping such as: Head Oce Administrator of Bitung Port (2002), Director of Marine & Shipping Department (2005), Section Chief of Tanjung Priok’s Main Port (2007), Head of Human Resource Development of Transportation Department (2010 – 2013).

Dr. Ir. IGN Wiratmaja Puja

Prof. Dr. Ir. IGN Wiratmaja Puja is a faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department, ITB. He received the Bachelor of Technology degree in October 1987 as the second best graduate, from Institut Teknologi Bandung. In May 1994 he received Master of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Kentucky, USA. He then continued to pursue a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Mechanics which he was awarded in May 1996. His expertise is mainly in engineering design, integrity, and risk assesment for piping, pipeline and surface facilities for oil&gas industry. His industrial experiences are including as an engineering consultant for PT Pertamina, PT Pertagas, PT PGN, Conoco Phillips Indonesia, Beyond Petroleum, Chevron, Pearl Oil, BP Meruap, Total Indonesie, etc. He has also taught several short course for industry such as Onshore & offshore pipeline design, Pipeline integrity, Pipe Stress Analysis, Fitness for services, Risk based inspection, etc. Now, He’s assisting the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources as a Minister’s Staff Expert on Institutional and Strategic Planning in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia. He’s also became the Chief of Acceleration Team on Conversion from Oil Fuel to Gas Fuel and the Chief of Acceleration Team on Renewable Energy.

Richard has worked extensively across the globe including placements in Germany, France, the USA and Asia. Manon is a Poten & Partners Natural Gas and LNG Consultant based in Singapore. She joined Poten following seven years with GDF SUEZ LNG in Paris, most recently as Commercial Manager Shipping. She was responsible for the operational and commercial management of a eet of 16 LNG carriers in average and gained broad exposure to LNG projects. Amongst others, she participated in or led charter-parties negotiations, FSRU and FSU projects in Asia and Americas, and SPA negotiations. Since joining Poten in Singapore, Manon has been heavily involved in various LNG consulting projects including assessment of a shipping or transshipment strategies, SPA reviews and South-East Asia market studies. Manon holds a Master’s degree in Public Aairs from the Institute of Political Sciences “Sciences-Po” in Paris. She also spent a year at sea with the French Navy.

Dr. Pang has more than 20 years of experiences in clean energy technology and mechanical engineering industry. With his deep understanding of leading-edge technologies and rich experience in industrial applications, he was formerly appointed as the CTO of ENN Group involved in setting up Enric group and building the first small LNG liquefaction plant in China, Chief Representative in China of NEOgas and held many other key positions in the industry. Dr Pang formed GTE Global in 2009, it is specializing in LNG liquefaction, LNG and LCNG refueling stations, and other LNG gasification equipment design and manufacturing. More than 100 CNG stations, LNG stations, and LCNG stations have been built in China and other countries, current development projects are in the areas of LNG inland waterway transportation and its refueling facilities. Several invention patents and utility model patents on CNG and LNG have been granted; he has made key contribution to the progress of natural gas industry.

William Aw is from Singapore has been involved in the NGV industry since 2006. He started as a Station Owner in Singapore and was personally involved with the daily operations of the Smart Energy mother and daughter stations. He was actively involved in the design, construction and equipment selection of the stations. After moving on from direct CNG retail, he was appointed as a distributor of SAFE CNG equipment in SE Asia.

He recently expanded his repertoire to include LNG infrastructure consultation and implementation. He is able to consult on the whole chain of LNG and CNG application, including Marine Vessel and Heavy Land Transportation Vehicle conversion. During this time, William Aw has been actively involved with the ANGVA (Asia Pacific Natural Gas Vehicles Association) and is currently the Senior Vice President, after serving several years on the Board as Vice President.

He was instrumental in the successful 2011 ANGVA Green Highways program, which saw a record of 14 countries, participate in showcasing their commitment to the NGV cause. The countries involved in the friendly torch relay included Japan and Myanmar (Burma).
